Recently my wife Tanya and I decided to sell our house. Before doing so, we looked at houses on the market and found a house advertised for sale by Natalie Pognuyeva. She was not actual listing realtor but we thought to use her service to make an offer on the house. 

When we contacted her she replied quickly and arranged a showing for us the next day.  It was great.  We liked the house and she wrote  an offer for us but we did not get the house. 

Our experience with Natalie was very good, she has a polite and professional way about her.

 We decided to sell our house before making any more offers and invited Natalie to our house to have a look and asked her to list our house.  She gave us some points to improve the house and we followed her advice.  She arranged the photographer to come and take the pictures and had a nice brochure made.  It was not easy to sell our house being close to a busy road.  Natalie performed a few open houses and was very patient with us and always seemed confident during the procedure. Every open house, she has notes taken from  different people and their opinions. When it came to accepting offers and subjects etc. Natalie was great and guiding us through.  

The experience with Natalie was so good we have decided to now purchase one or two properties with her.
